“When I started with Ingjerd, I was tired, drained, and not sure what to do. My desire for change was like a rock in my gut. Once I made the decision, it’s been full of exciting changes ever since.”

From a woman who started here, too.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, blue eyes, and fair skin, smiling while resting her face on her hand, sitting at a wooden table in front of a window with a blurred outdoor view.

Hi. I’m Ingjerd.

For most of my life, I was certain something was wrong with me.

So I overperformed. Said yes when I meant no. Stayed in jobs I dreaded. Told everyone I was fine.

One cold morning, walking along the river by my office, I said it out loud to no one... if nothing changes, I'm not sure I want to continue like this.

That was the beginning of the life I live now.

Today, I work with women who recognize that quiet voice. The ones who look fine on the outside and know, deep inside, that something has to change.

I don't give you a plan to follow. I don't tell you what your goal should be. I walk beside you while you find your own.

Ready when you are.
